I am not sure what has happened to some of my locs. I have been reading various blogs about bunching, slippage, budding, etc. Of course, I have no idea if what I am experiencing falls under any of these categories. Perhaps, what I have are just some 'convoluted locs'?
I am not sure if these few locs are going to become 'issues' later on, but right now they just feel funny. I have not had my follow-up visit yet, but I will definitely ask my consultant about these. Here are some pics of my 'questionable' locs:

I don't know what you call what you have (I've read the blogs too and haven't figured out if I'm bunching or budding or slipping or sliding or just having a 'convoluted' time!) *grin*
What is up with your convoluted babies? I've never seen that before... looks like some of the hair is slipping out - but I honestly don't know so please update when you find out :)
The one at the end looks like it could be budding, so does the bunching one actually, I've always thought the bunching thing happened where two textures meet and start fighting as it were... so the pattern starts to bunch up at the meeting point... but hopefully an expert will comment on this and we can both be wiser!
